Unit 103 is 3075 sq. ft. while unit 104 is 1100 sq. ft. The second and third floor units feature larger windows and reflected lighting. They are accessible by an 8' x 9', 6000 lb. capacity freight elevator.
Unit 201 is 1400 sq. ft. and unit 301 is 900 sq. ft. All spaces are $12 per square foot per year, which includes heat and broadband connection.
